Falling Into Place

I have so much going on the next couple months! Any kind of life change just throws my head for a loop and causes me to over think, so I thought I would turn towards my blog and post about it =) So don't mind me, going "Dear Journal" on you for a minute!
First off - did you check out my new video on my favorite go-to arm balance? Crow Pose, or Bakasana was definintely the arm balance that opened the gate to all other arm balances for me. It helped me gain strength in my arms and my mind. It helped me conquer the fear of falling on my face, and pushed me towards learning other arm balances! I'll be posting full flows in December once I have my 200 hr YTT, but for now I want to share my favorite poses, postures, flows, and how I personally transition into and use them in my own practice. I'm goofy and weird, so bare with me =)
Secondly - I have the chance of a lifetime next month! Learning from and receiving my YTT through Kathryn Budig & Gina Caputo?? Who would have thought I would ever be able to do something so amazing?? I am so incredibely grateful towards my husband for supporting me, and believing in me. And I am so unbelievably excited, but also - really really anxious!
I have no doubt that this is what I want and what I am meant to do for my career. I have always been really good at seeing the amazing in people, and seeing their potential. When it comes to me, on the other hand- it's a little more difficult! So, I want to honestly say that I am wrapping my head around supporting myself mentally, and convincing myself that the passion I have for yoga and teaching will come together and I will be good at this. Why are chasing dreams so scary sometimes?
Lastly - (This one is a lot less of a vent, I promise) I have a place to teach in December! I'll be teaching yoga classes out of the personal training studio in Salt Lake City where I was a trainer for a couple years before realizing I wanted to turn towards yoga for a career! How amazing is that?!
New videos, 200 Hr YTT in 30 days, and an official studio for teaching! Wow! I have always been good at laughing and learning from my falling I have done in yoga postures & life, but now things are actually falling into place!
I can't wait to continue to share this journey, teach others, and inspire others to do the same!
Love Always
xoxo
Ash
