Whew!
This is my first time ever uploading a video to the internet! So. Now that I have learned and grown a little bit on how to do this - the video for this week's exercise (along with a PDF version for you to read more on the direction & breath of the flow) is >>>Here<<<
For now on the Flow tab you will find the random flows I want to share with you, as well as a PDF version of stills and descriptions! By the end of the year I will have my YTT - Who know what the future will bring! Full classes? For now I am loving this simplicity. I am enjoying what is happening now, and so excited for the future!

Those inklings of stress and negativity through out our day? All humans have them. Looking at your Cozy List from Week 1 >>>Here<<< will help you find your shine by turning your focus to your good and happy places. And having the tools to let go of the negativity from your day through your breath and this flow will also help wonders. I hope you love it, and I hope that doing this flow at the beginning or end of your day will truly help you remember that negativity serves us no purpose! Focus on what you love and live for. And then exhale that negative away!
I am so excited to continue on my journey to Find My Shine with you this month =)
